AquluMax 3-100<\/span> is a multifunctional chemical additive, emulsion coating, and solution, useful for the surface treatment of proppants or frac sand in hydraulic fracking application. The product is aimed at customers of manufacturing the proppants or frac sand that can provide saving without a need for drying their proppants before shipping out of their mining plants. with AquluMax coating, no special investment or\/and equipment upgrade are needed to deliver the proppants from the manufacturing plant to the onsite blender. It is one stop shopping for proppant’s treatment in the proppant’s manufacturing facility. It is anticipated that none of additional surface treatment or coating is needed in the downstream operation during the proppant transportation or at the blending station. The AquluMax 3-100 will be a key driver for streamlining raw materials and enhancing the operational efficiency in the hydraulic fracturing operation in the evolution of hydraulic fracking operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VelastMax 3-127<\/span> is a chemical solution, designated to be mixed into the friction reducer (FR). The chemical solution can sustain in high temperature resistance wells for rheological enhancement. It also has a high tolerance for salinity as a niche additive blended with other commercially available friction reducer (FR) solution. at least 30 (%) VelastMax 3-127 could be added to enhance the performance of FR chemical solutions after it is blended with regular FR oil field chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AquluMax<\/span><\/strong> 4-400 is a bioinspired chemical additive useful as self-healing agent that empowers the blended hydraulic-cement, aggregates, and sands having an enhanced tensile strength. Within 24 hr, the formed concrete slab products can have more than 4000 (psi) compressive strength and 7000 (PSI) after 28 days per ASTM C39 test. Due to enhanced tensile strength, the products have superior cracking resistance capabilities. It can potentially be used as special niche additive for reducing the cement usage and cut carbon dioxide emissions with a replacement of fly ash inorganic geopolymer materials. The blended components can have more than 80 (%) recovering and self-healing capabilities. It can potentially be used in residential, commercial, and industrial application as both non-structural or structural construction building member in the applications. The scope of the product’s application is extensive, The products are broad and widely used in highway, bridges, high rising building, train stations, shocking resistance concrete products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
