By developing unique patent pending solution coatings with nano-textured solution coatings, three chemical solutions have been developed, including; 1) AquluMax 4-400; 2) AquluMax 3-100; and VelastMax.

AquluMax 4-400 is a bioinspired chemical solution, useful as the self-healing agent as hydraulic-cement concrete additives for enhancing the tensile strength of concrete and eliminating the cracking defects of concrete slab as shown in figure 1. The product of concrete blended with the AquluMax, aggregates, sand, and water, can set up within 24 hr. it can be used in residential and commercial building and construction in construction, possible as special additives for cement cashing in hydraulic fracking operation.

AquluMax 3-100 is a multifunctional coating and emulsion, useful for the surface treatment of solid proppants. Like the carnivorous pitcher plant in nature, The proppants surface treated with the emulsion are wet, however, not sticky. The advantages of the treatment over current proppant manufacturing processes is that about 60-90% saving from sand drying operation can be realized without a need for special handling equipment investment. In addition, AquluMax 3-100 has superior dust suppressing capabilities. It can reduce the pumping damage by erosion and cavitation by at least 15 .0 (%). pumping pressure drag force can be reduced 70 (%). the usage of water and produced water can be reduced by 20 (%). 60 to 90 (%) of friction reducer can be saved.

Velastmax 127 is a chemical solution, designated as friction reducer replacement or substitutes as high temperature resistance additives and high salinity tolerance. Since the additives are composed of bio-based renewable chemicals, it provides alternatives over the other oil field chemicals used in the oil field.
